(1)液压泵
液压泵零件磨损严重、运动区间油膜破坏及内泄漏增大造成容积损失而发热等,应更换磨损件。
(2) 液压阀
溢流阀、泄液阀调压过高而使其长期在高压下工作的,应将其高速调到所需的压力位。
(3) 油管
油管过细、管路太长和弯曲过多造成压力损失而发热的,应将油管(特别是总油管)加粗,减少弯曲和缩短管路,保证回油通畅。
(4) 冷却器
冷却器出现故障或冷却面积不够大,应检查排除故障,加大冷却面积和提高冷却效果。
